Program: Future Ready Schools

It is a need analysis tool which is designed and executed to build an understanding on need of  Aanganwadi Supervisors. Based on the results of the tool the program has develop various capability building  products to enhance their skills  for sustainable systemic/institutional change.

It is an assessment tool developed to  understand and evaluate the involvement and engagement scores of parents in the lives of children under the age of 6 Years.

The tool is developed to assess, understand and evaluate the Anganwadi Workers in three category framework (Knowledge , mindset and attitude) across age appropriate developmental milestones of children.

The home is a important part of the child’s social, emotional, and ethical development. The assesment of the Parent-child engagement enables the school leaders and ground workers intervene and educate appropriately.

In a first-of-its-kind initiative, this product was published in Jhunjhunu District to popularise and share the cumulative learning that the district underwent in the first year of SEL.

The initiative  has supported  government officials with scripting to present Nukkad Natak for enrollment drive where the importance on emotional well-being of child is put in the spotlight.

Enables Headmasters to analyse their professional development needs, basis knowledge, skill, and minset, to enable the teachers to develop their pedagogy.

Measure facilitator-student engagement approach based on core principles of SEEL framework.

Prepare and enable coaches for conducting sessions on SEL with their peers and stakeholders of the sister schools in the block.
